We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for Ray3 AI customers. This policy describes when refunds may be issued.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered for accidental duplicate charges.
  • Refunds may be considered for service outages exceeding our SLA.
  • We do not refund fees due to misuse or violations of the Terms.

How to Request a Refund

Email your request to support@ray3-ai.org within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and a brief description.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider.
